I called my dad about using hair to adsorb oil because Ding and I were seriously contemplating on writing salons around the area to collect hair. He said that the rescue team is using coconuts instead because it works faster. If you want to help, please donate rubber gloves (the kind we use in kitchens) and masks (the kind surgeons use) for the team to use. If you have any to donate, send them through me (text me or YM me at leaholic209) by Thursday because that's when they're going back to Guimaras. You may drop it off my house or I can have them picked up by my driver. The oil is spreading fast. It's already in the Visayan Sea, and in due time it may affect Boracay, Cebu, and other pristine beaches of the country.

I don't mean to sound like such a do-gooder, but let's take part in saving our country. We have some of the best marine waters in the world.
